Terms of Service for Cleaney Pty Ltd

Thank you for selecting Cleaney Pty Ltd for your commercial cleaning needs. Please read our terms and conditions carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations as our valued customer. Our goal is to provide a seamless and professional cleaning service experience.
Service Agreement and Pricing
- Agreement on Services:
– After an on-site assessment, we will agree on the service price and cleaning frequency.
– The service location will be the one specified in our initial agreement.
– All terms, including pricing and frequency, will be documented in our service contract.
Invoicing and Payments
- Invoice Process:
– Invoices are generated weekly or fortnightly, depending on customer needs.
– Payments are due within five days of invoice issuance.
– Late payments will incur a late charge of 15% of the invoiced amount.
– Payment methods include Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) and Visa or Mastercard (with a 3% surcharge).
- GST:
– All prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
Cleaning Supplies and Customer Requirements
- Supplies and Equipment:
– Cleaney Pty Ltd provides all necessary cleaning chemicals and materials.
– If you require specific or hypoallergenic products, please notify us before the first cleaning. Additional charges may apply for special products.
- Access to Property:
– Customers must provide access to all areas that are scheduled to be cleaned at the designated times.
Employee Non-Solicitation
- Non-Solicitation Agreement:
– Clients acknowledge that Cleaney Pty Ltd invests significant resources in training our cleaners.
– Clients agree not to employ Cleaney Pty Ltd’s cleaners for personal or related cleaning services for 12 months following the termination of our contract.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Policy on Cancellations and Rescheduling:
– A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.
– If our cleaner arrives and is unable to perform the service due to customer-related issues, a “Call Out Fee” of 70% of the agreed visit price will be charged.
Termination of Services
- Termination Clause:
– Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.
– The notice should clearly state the desired termination date.
Additional Terms
- Non-Assignment
– The rights and obligations under this agreement cannot be transferred to another party without prior consent.
- Entire Agreement:
– This document represents the entire agreement between Cleaney Pty Ltd and the client.
– It supersedes all previous oral or written agreements.
– The terms govern the specific cleaning services outlined in the attached service scope.
Governing Law
- Legal Jurisdiction:
– These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
– Any legal disputes will be resolved within the courts of Victoria.
